AXIOM CUSTOM CONVEYORS Axiom begins every custom conveyor solution by working with the client’s team to determine the best path forward. When an initial concept has been developed by our in-house Engineering Team, Axiom’s experienced Estimators will provide a quote.

Once contracted, layout design and 3D Modeling using AutoCAD and SolidWorks will begin. Information is shared with customers during the process and dialogue continues until the solution is approved. When fabricated, an internal quality audit is preformed and a Factory Acceptance Test is scheduled. When the customer has inspected and approved, the installation will be scheduled with start up, testing and QVC support from Axiom’s Engineering and Installation teams.

The Cut Up conveyors were one portion of a complex transfer system to move product to secondary procedures after an automatedprocedure to section the bird.

A small sauces and spreads production facility required an ergonomic and budget friendly solution to transfer ingredients from ground level to an existing mixer. Physical floor space, product weight, range of product size, and consistency were prominent factors in the design process. Axiom delivered awash down grade sanitary design conveyor to safely and effectively elevate product from ground level to the mixer inlet.

A new gluten free mixing system required handloading of ingredients to ensure zero cross contamination with the existing bulk ingredient system. Flour and other bagged ingredients weighting 50LB/bag were to be transferred from storage to a mixing station for addition into the mix process. The solution was an automatic indexing conveyor to batch load and stage bagged ingredients. It was imperative that the conveyor design be easy to clean and sanitize – including the internal conveyor components.

A large multinational bakery product manufacturing company was having issues with bread pans jamming after discharging from the oven. Axiom designed, fabricated, and installed a new 180° conveyor with custom features to ensure consistent transfer of product. Dual independent VFD controlled magnetic belts were used to match speed throughout the curve to ensure proper alignmentof the product during transfer.
