Axheleon is headed by Mr. Rajesh Paul, based in Singapore with over nineteen years of experience in System Development, Business Process Re-Engineering, Manufacturing, Projects, Logistics and Services in Oil and Gas, Petrol-Chemicals, High Tech, Food and Beverages, Automotive, Defence and Retail Industries . He has implemented large SAP Project with global fortune 500 customers based in United States, United Kingdom, Russia, South Africa, Singapore, Taiwan, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

We have closely worked with one of the Key SAP Partner in Mumbai, on their mandate for a new SAP Implementation project where in the roll – out required for SAP XI consultant and included a mix of Support and live Consultant resource, wherein the lead time allocated to the Vendor was only 15 days. Due to our extensive Consultant network and proven understanding of the skill matrix, we delivered a roll – out of 10 XI Consultant in lieu with the skill mix, within a period of 1 calender month.

In Application Testing we have worked dedicatedly with few of our Clientele, wherein the mandate included a skill mix of Manual, Automated, Mainframe,& Telecom testing, which we could successfully deploy within schedule and with an effective support towards end client timeline.

Case Study : Success Literature.

One of our Client which is an Aerospace & Engineering Giant involved us in one of their key assignment wherein the challenge was to deploy resources with a skill mix of Instrumentation with a sound knowledge of avionics and system design mandate.We supported the customer with a closure hit of 80 % towards the gross opportunity within the assignment. Beside this, due to our higher hit rate we also bagged a full life cycle SAP implementation assignment, wherein we could successfully deploy all the 5 SAP positions exclusively provided to us within the time frame.

Worked extensively in the Infrastructure Support skills and closed positions for the same customer in Bangalore for the above mentioned SAP assignment.

One of our Core Engineering client having a strong foot hold in Oil & Gas, required our services in deploying Mechanical and Piping contractors with a strict time line of delivery, we took the challenge and successfully provided a team of 5 contractors with the most competitive hourly – rates, which was being accoladed by the Technical Group Head,as a token of successful accomplishment within the most stringent time line.
