The Herr-Voss leveling line ,coupled with a Red Bud Grip Feed System, offers significant flexibility when it comes to sheet sizes. The Cincinnati and Amada shears fitted with electromagnetic sheets supports, along with an Amada ATF Automatic shear promote closer tolerances, while at the same time increasing production rates. Should a customer require safety edged/deburred product, Gerber can accommodate the order on its Gauer Edgers line. The company completes the order with delivery on its company owned fleet of trucks. Flexibility means faster, more dependable deliveries. Remember, “From Our Truck to Your Press”…. It was true in 1963 and remains so 53 years later!

The computer system, coupled with daily production meetings, allows Gerber to track all items through production and control delivery dates. The complete range of Prime Sheet Products include Cold Rolled, Pre-paint, Hot Rolled Black, Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled, Galvanized, Galvanneal, Aluminized, and Galvalume. Gauges range from .021 through .500 in widths of 36”, 48” and 60”. The company stocks a full range of high quality Welded Steel Tubing and offers a full complement of Cold Rolled, HRP&O and Stainless Steel Tubing. Shapes include rounds, rectangles and squares. These products are offered in full lengths and cut-to-size with wire brush deburred ends.
