Give us an overview of who you are and what you do? I’m a nave of Tampa, Florida and there is nowhere else I’d rather call home. Everyone and everything I have ever known and loved is here. I am a graduate of Robinson Senior High School in South Tampa (affeconately referred to as the SoG – South of Gandy) and am as the SoG – South of Gandy) and am extremely proud to call myself a Knight!

Was there a specific catalyst that got you started? I have trained in Pai Lum Kung Fu under Sigung (Master) Rich Galicia-Wilson off and on for the past 12 years… give or take a year. A few years back our school changed its focus to strictly fighng… San Shou fighng, specifically. This style of fighng was made popular by a fighng was made popular by a fighter/actor named Cung Le. It is essenally kickboxing with takedowns.

What are you most proud of in regards to your business/personal accomplishments?

I have competed in a bracketed tournament that is held in I have competed in a bracketed tournament that is held in Hunt Valley, MD by the United States Kuo Shu Federaon in 5 different years… medaling in 4 of the 5. I have won bronze medals in 2001, 2002, and 2011 and recently won 1st place and a gold medal this past July. This 1st place win earned me an invitaon to the U.S. team that will be fighng in Kuala Lumpur for the World Kuo Shu Federaon’s World

Anything else?

Aside from this being one of the more proud moments of my 35 years in existence, I also earned my bachelor’s

degree in August 2011 and have successfully maintained a 60lb weight loss over the past 2 years.
