Award Manager Setup
1.) Log in to Krypton Restaurant POS.
2.) Clock in and make sure that there is an initialized cash tray.
3.) To use award manager, click in any service o�ered by the POS to enter order screen.
4.) If you enabled Prompt for Customer Lookup in the Back O�ice, the POS will show the list of customers before entering to the order screen. Select any customer in the list.
5.) If you disabled Prompt for Customer Lookup in the Back O�ice, please go to the order screen first. Click the Customer button located in the lover part of the screen. Make sure that you have selected a customer before settling the order.
6.) Select customer from the list. Click Select.
7.) Make sure that the name of the selected customer is displayed in the POS.

*Note: To see points added to customer, go to Krypton Restaurant Back O�ice.
1.) Make sure that you already selected customer.
2.) A�er creating the order, please click Settle button in the lower part of the screen to enter settle scene.
3.) Click Redeem Points button in the lower part of the screen.
4.) Select from any redemption setup listed.
5.) Click Apply to apply redemption setup to customer’s transaction.
6.) The selected redemption setup will be displayed in the lower part of the window.
*Note: Redeem Points feature is can only be found in the settlement scenes.
