Handling Customer complaints of Corporate &Individual customers. Performing Indoor and Outdoor Tests including DL/UL throughput, Latency, CSFB, IRAT, and

Indoor Walk Tests on affected Place of Complain. Making Pre/Post logs of RF Testing on affected areas i.e. before optimization and After

Optimization to make a complete Comparison of before and after RF Changes. Directly coordination with the vendor (Huawei) RNP & RNO team Have a complete grip on picking up the issues and giving a proper solution to RNO regarding

issues on Sites. After Testing, Present a Complete Pre/Post Report to the Customer (CMPAK) RF team, based on

the daily NPM complaints.

September 2014 – October 2015 as 2G/3G/LTE Drive Test Engineer and Post Processor on Mobilink and CMPAK Projects at Center Region.

I worked on Following Projects successfully.

Mobilink Rollout 2G/3G ( 564 Sites overall ). Mobilink NPM ( 1495 Sites overall ).

Mobilink ShutDown Project ( 213 Sites overall ).

Zong LTE Rollout Project ( 225 Sites overall ).

Job Description:

Conducting 4G SSV, Pre Drive and Post drive Tests using Genex Probe v3.14. Uplink and Downlink throughput testing, Latency, IRAT, Cell Reselection and CSFB (MO,MT)

Tests. Monitoring RF Parameters specially RSRP ,SINR, TM, Serving and neighboring sites and

Handovers. Site Audits Pre and Post Swap audit (Verification of Azimuth, Antenna Height, Electrical and

Mechanical Tilts).

Perform analysis on the logs provide by the DT engineers to check for accurate functionality and

proper & complete coverage, quality, through put, SINR, CSFB around each SSV site.

Provide regular statistical KPIs monitoring and analysis to the optimizer. Complete 3G SSV’s including Throughput Testing (HSDPA/HSUPA) ,R99, Ping , Coverage and

Identifying the Swaps including Partial and Full Swap During SSV. Identifying Soft and Softer Handover Failure During 3G SSV’s, Bad Patches in RSCP and

Ec/no. Conducting 2G Drive Test and Identifying reasons of CallDrop, Blocking, Congestion,

Interference, RxQuality Issues in Dedicated Mode. Coordinating with field teams and Troubleshooting during DT.

Pre/Post DT reporting using Tems 8.x.x – 16.x.x and Mapinfo 8.x to 12.x. Identifying RxLevels in Idle Mode, Responsible to get Good Levels in affected Area and make

sure to get Good quality as well. KPI Analysis including Major and Trx (Hardware Issues) , identify and resolve Issues of the

affected sites.

Reports Creation of SSV’s and Optimization of UMTS sites based on Coverage RSCP, Quality_Ec/Io, Pilot pollution.

Responsible for coordination of 3G Rollout activities, Cluster level drive tests and Customer complaints regarding 3G sites.
