Like his golf, Ian Poulter’s passion for fashion started at an early age and to feed his desire he worked on a typical British market stall merchandising and selling clothes, saving up his weekly earnings to be able to purchase the latest apparel.

For Ian, looking good and playing well go together and “Look good. Play great” has always been his mantra and one that seems to work. On the 22nd of May 2011, dressed head to toe in the Spring/Summer Collection,Ian won the Volvo World Match Play Championship, celebrating his 11th tour win.

Ian loves his trousers, which creates our brand philosophy to ‘Lead with the Legs’, designing the tartan trousers first, then co-ordinating the rest of the outfit around them. For each seasonal collection, threedifferent coloured tartans are designed in Great Britain, all of which arelicensed under the Scottish Tartan Authority and are unique to IJP Design.

Measuring Guidelines

To establish correct chest size, measure the chest around the fullest part, placing the tape measure close up under the arms & across the shoulder blades at the back to give an accurate measurement.

IJP Design follows standardised worldwide sizing guidelines.

The inside leg length is measured from the crotch to the hem. If in doubt measure a pair of formal cut trousers that you consider to be a good fit.

Designed to be a closer, sportier fitting garment to help with comfort and movement both on and off the golf course. Slim fit has beendeveloped on selected styles only.
