“I am so thankful and proud to receive the Connor/Spafford Scholarship. These funds will aid me in perusing my dream of playing NCAA golf and furthering my education. I have been at Wagner College, Staten Island, for a month now and I love it. Attending this amazing institution, located in New York City, has opened my eye to endless op-portunities. I am also enjoying the support and competitiveness of being a member of the Wagner Seahawk Women's golf team. I was proud to finish tied for tenth in

“To me, the scholarship means continuing to be able to play high level tournaments and to be able to get better year after year. It is a big motivation boost on the golf

facilities, as much as it is one on the class bench. It can be hard to motivate ourselves sometimes and scholarships like these sure make it easier!
