These large, five storey buildingswere originally constructed in the 1960’s and, althoughstill structurally sound, were certainly showing their age.

The overcladding solution designed and provided by and the architect can only be described as

‘transformative’ and, with a frontage directly onto theA36 Southampton Road, has become a great advert forthe College. We now have contemporary lookingbuildings with a performance to match that of a newbuild, but for a greatly reduced cost.”
