Basic Orientation on Implementation of Avoca’s Quality Consortium Clinical Quality Oversight Best Practice Guidelines, Tools and Templates Audience: Avoca Quality Consortium Members’ Clinical Outsourcing and Quality Teams This 4-hour orientation will guide and demonstrate to your team how to access and utilize specific best practice tools through the AQC Member web portal. Case studies will be provided and participants will engage in interactive exercises to ensure solid understanding and ease of use of the Consortium tools housed on the web portal. Each on-site session can accommodate up to 30 people. Cost: $4,500 plus out of pocket fees. Customized Workshop on Implementation of a Robust Quality Management System Audience: Avoca Quality Consortium Members’ Clinical Outsourcing and Quality Teams: This could include a joint workshop with your strategic partners Avoca senior consultants will conduct interviews with key stakeholders within your company, to identify unique organizational needs for quality oversight. The workshop will be customized to meet those needs. This interactive 6-hour workshop will support your organization’s efforts to utilize the Quality Oversight framework of best practice guidelines, tools, and templates along with company- specific tools and processes in order to enhance quality oversight within your organization’s outsourcing model. Avoca will integrate its consulting services into this workshop and recommend the specific set of tools that would be most beneficial to your organization or function based on your objectives and challenges. We offer the option to incorporate a basic orientation to Avoca’s Clinical Quality Agreement template. Preliminary Cost: $9,500 plus out of pocket expenses. *Final costs to be provided after a discussion confirming assumptions and scope of work.

Workshop on Implementation and Utilization of The Avoca Quality Consortium’s Clinical Quality Agreement TemplateAudience: Avoca Quality Consortium Members and Non-Members

Developed by the Avoca Quality Consortium, The Quality Agreement template is a modularized best-practice set of documents that may be used by companies and their sourcing business partners to develop a tailored, agreed upon set of expectations for the quality of deliverables. This interactive 6-hour workshop will support your organization’s efforts to implement the Consortium Quality Agreement in the context of training focused on best practices in managing relationships with CROs and alliance partners. This workshop is based on The Avoca Group’s Art and Science of Partnering™ framework, and also includes a presentation of Avoca’s industry data and Consortium assessment results. Interactive exercises and games will be incorporated to ensure a thorough understanding of the Quality Agreement. For Consortium Members, we offer an option to add a basic orientation to the Member web portal of quality oversight tools.

Preliminary Cost: $8,500 for Members; $15,000 for Non-Members, plus out of pocket expenses.*Final costs to be provided after a discussion confirming assumptions and scope of work.
