1 VEHICLE INDIVIDUAL REPORTS There are reports on an individual vehicle; this is a guide to the reports, what they are used for and an example of how

they look.

To get to the reports from the main screen select the “reports” button from the top right of the screen.

The reports tab is now available from here choose the Vehicle reports by clicking on the “Vehicles” button.

Log Book

Log Book - Daily

The Log Book report displays the Start and Stopped location with distance travelled. Select your “Start Time” and “Stop

Time”.

This report can be run for a maximum of 92 days.

Log Book – Monthly Summary

A monthly summary report is a high-level report detailing the total distance travelled in business hours during the

month.

Log Book – Engine Hours

This report shows the engine hours for each trip within the chosen time frame.

Log Book – FBT Log Book

This report provides information about the vehicles business or private usage, based on the selection made by the

driver.

Exceptions

Exceptions – Speed

This report shows the speeding violations; it shows the drivers speed, and the speed posted limit. The report can be

generated using the posted road speed or over a specific speed. The threshold can be set using a percentage of speed

over or the number of Kilometers over the speed.

Use the “Additional Parameters” to further customised to give leniency using a % or km buffer over the selected speed

limit parameter.

Exceptions – Idling

This report allows you to review vehicles idling time and look for excessive idling times.

What is considered excessive can be set at the time of reporting, using “Additional Parameters”.

Exceptions – Alerts

This report allows you to report on various alerts based on your tracker set up.

Choose the alerts you want to report on by using the “Additional Parameters” and checking the corresponding boxes.

Exceptions – Outside Hours

This report allows you to determine trips made out of operating hours. The violations could be either the predefined

hours or created using the “Additional Parameters” while generating the report.

Jobs

Jobs – Detail

This report generates a detailed list of messages sent to and received from the driver/s of the vehicle.

NB: This report is only for customers who use the Works module.

Summary of the jobs sent to the vehicle, including description, start and completion times.

Detailed

Detailed – All Activity

Vehicle all activity report displays every event created by the tracker unit that the individual Vehicle. (This includes

Ignition On /Off, PTO engages, Movement, GPS Position/lock, Speed and Direction.)

Detailed – Journey

A Vehicle journey report details of the vehicle full journey and distance the vehicle has taken from start to stop.

NB: a new journey starts only after the vehicle has stopped for 5 min or longer.

Detailed – Trip

The detailed trip report displays the trip distance and time between locations.

Detailed – Stopped at Location

Details the length of time a vehicle is stopped, this can be linked to a geofence location that you have created on the

system.

You can select the amount of time you want to report on by using the “Additional Parameters”.

NB: Check the “Ignore assignments” to ensure you get the latest data.

Detailed – Sensor

This report is a detailed report about the sensor on the vehicle for the requested period.

Select one or more of the sensors available and whether you want to report on the sensor being on or off.

Select if you want to report on Show event details for sensor on/off or Show all events when the sensor is active.

The report can be run for a maximum of 7 days.

Detailed – Services Cost

Details the cost of the vehicle services that have been entered into AVM.

Detailed – Fuel Usage

This report details the fuel consumption on the vehicle based on the data that has been imported via AVM.

Detailed – Weight Sensor

If you have a weight sensor fitted to vehicles, a report can be run on those sensors.

Geofence

Geofence – Location Activity

Details an individual Vehicles movements through a created Geofence.

One or more Geofences can be selected under “Additional Parameters”. You can report on Enter and or Exit, Show

Detail, Show Process Data.

You can only check two time periods of vehicle location activity, for example, school zone time

Please make sure you check the Ignore Assignment to ensure you report on most recent data.
