Click on the “Equipment Efficiency Model” breadcrumb to navigate back to the Equipment Efficiency Model Page.

From the Equipment Efficiency Model Page, click on the

“Utilization Reasons” card.

Click on the “Import” icon.

Click on the “Download Sample File” button.

Drag the file from the browser download window into the Import Utilization Reason Groups dialog.

Click on the “CLOSE” button on the Import Equipment Utilization Reason

As part of creating the “Efficiency Model”, Insight automatically creates a set of historian tags for each piece of equipment that will be used to historizehourly equipment efficiency KPI values/calculations (refer to chart on right for details).

The utilization events are now grouped by “Shift Name” for the selected time period. Try grouping utilization events with other columns in the grid.

The OEE data is now grouped by “Shift Name” for the selected time period. Try grouping the OEE data with other columns in the grid.
