AVAYA EQUINOX™ FOR WEB OVERVIEW

Avaya Equinox™ for Web is an HTML5-based Chrome Extension or Internet Explorer Add-on that

enables real-time communication and engagement inside the browser and across web applications such

as Google Apps, Microsoft Office 365, and Salesforce

Collaboration and communication capabilities include:

– Voice and video calling (WebRTC)

– Instant messaging and presence

– Call control and directory services

– ‘Click-to’ actions including Google Hangouts and Avaya Equinox Meetings

As a browser extension/add-on, it does not require any software to be installed on a user’s machine and

works across both Mac, ChromeOS and Windows-based PCs

Requires Aura Web Gateway, Media Services, Directory Services and other components; reference

relevant offer definition documents for details
