Opportunity Founda!on Trust was registered on November 2, 2012

as a Public Charitable Trust No: BK IV – 129 / 2012 at Bangalore,

Karnataka. Registered with the Income Tax Department under Sec.

12AA vide ref number at DIT(E)BLR/12AA/E-370/17(M)/

AAATO3610N/ITO(E)-2/2013-14.

(E)-2/2013-14. The Trust is founded by Anand Chaturvedi & Sriram

S N, both based at Bangalore. A 5 member Governing Council is

responsible for effec!ve func!oning of the Trust.

What We Do

“Support Educa!on” is the cause which Avasar stands for and our

focus is Girl Child. We do this by following programs :

1. Post Matric Scholarship of 5 to 6 Years. Total grant is about

Rs. 2,00,000 per Child.

2. Establish and Run Computer Labs at government schools.

We have our first lab donated at Seegahalli, Kadugodi, Ban-

galore 560067.

Partners in Progress :

1. Expeditors India has retained Avasar as its CSR Implemen-

ta!on Agency.

2. Volunteers & Part Time Teachers (for Computers) Welcome

at all loca!ons.


Avasar supports educa!on of meritorious underprivi-pp p

leged girls, from BPL Families. Our program consists g g , p g

of support a%er X Standard for a period of 5 to 6 pp p

years , 2 Years of PUC and 3 Years of Gradua!on or 4 y ,

Years of Professional Studies. We have enrolled

Avasar Scholarship Grant consists of

Rs. 200,000/- is spread over 5 to 6 Years for each

student. This includes expenses towards :

¨ Bus Pass Costs for the Year

¨ Dress Materials—4 Pairs

¨ Laptops for Professional Students

We also conduct Life Skills Classes periodically.


Meet our first group of scholarship

grantees completed their PUC and

entered into Graduate Studies. 4 of them

joined Engineering, 1 BSc. And 1 in

Commerce.


Driving Digital Literacy. Computer Lab donated. More in
