INSTRUCTIONS
1. Find a good location for AUX battery to be secured to the floor. Before securing the battery box to the floor, check under carpet and floor for obstructions.
2. Drill 1 1/8 hole in floor. Install Grommet. Seal with Caulk3. Route ground wire to a good chassis ground and sand area to bare metal. After installation undercoat the stud.
4. Route the power wire to the vehicle battery. Secure power wire along the side frame rail with the stainless steel p-clamp with the rubber insulator attached. Also protect from sharp edges and use rubber insulator along any brake or gas lines that the power wire is routed. Prevent any and all chaffing of the power wire against any metal surface.
Note: The diagrams show the installation in a Toyota Sienna. Thiswas our decision to install the Auxiliary Battery in the positionshown. If you decide on an alternate position and it is a safe locationyou may put it there.
Tip: Rubber insolators can be made from any rubber type hose. Cutto length, slit to fit over the lines, secure with tie wraps.
