Die Herbst-/Wintersaison 2019/20 ist geprägt von Natur und Individuali-tät. Klassiker wie das Etuikleid oder der Duffle-Coat haben ein Comeback. Aufregende Stoffe und starke Garne sind dabei eine wunderbare Platt-form für aufregende Zutaten. Sie bestechen durch zeitlose Eleganz bei der Klassiker wie Perlmuttknöpfe oder Knebelverschlüsse nicht fehlen dür-fen. Daneben Highlights wie royal inspirierte und karierte Knöpfe oder geschwärzte Gürtel schließen. Lassen Sie sich inspirieren von unserem Trendreport.

Knopf & Knopf, einer der führenden Hersteller von Knöpfen und Zutaten, zeigt je drei spannende Trendthemen für Damen und Herren. Alle Themen sind über die ganze Saison erhältlich. Auf Wunsch werden zudem kundenspezifische Zutaten im Kontext entwickelt.

The autumn/winter season 2019/20 is formed by nature an individuality. Classical garments as shift dresses or dufle coats have a comeback. Exciting fabrics and strong yarns are a perfect stage for trimmings. Mother-of-pearl buttons must not be missed as well as toggle closures. Besides this high-lights will be shown as royal inspired and checked buttons or blackened clasps. Take some inspiration from our trend report.

Knopf & Knopf, one of the leading manufacturers of buttons and trim-mings, presents three trend themes each for women and men. All trend themes are available during the whole season. There will be offered also special creations on demand.

* UNBOX YOURSELF *Schubladen sind out. Grenzen zwischen den Kulturen ver-schwimmen auf sanfte Weise, Schönheitsfehler sind nicht mehr solche, sondern werden gekonnt in Szene gesetzt. Die individuelle Persönlichkeit wird befreit und gefeiert zugleich. In diesem Thema treffen Einflüsse aus Sport und Street Wear auf glamouröse Materialien. Sophisticated, also kultiviert und raffiniert zugleich, heißt das Schlüsselwort. Und so kommt etwa der Blouson auch mal mit glitzernden Pailletten oder Goldknöpfen daher. Farbenfrohe Ketten schmücken das sportliche Outfit. Es wird mit Farben und Mustern gespielt, egal ob Blumen, Streifen oder Karos, wobei Ösen und Knöpfe mit Understatement eine zentrale Rolle spielen.

Stereotype thinking is old school. The boarders between the cultures are blurred in a smooth way. People will not worry about beauty flaws anymore, they will celebrate them. In this trend theme the individual personal identity will be freed and celebrated. Sophis tication, means cultured and artful at the same time, is the key. In order of this for example the blouson will come along with glittering sequins and golden buttons. Colourful laces are decorating the leisure outfit. It is a game of colours and patterns, no matter if checks, flowers or stripes, whereupon ears and buttons are central players with understatement.

* NATURAL MYSTICISM *Die zweite Herbsthälfte ist geprägt von natürlichen Kräften, was sich nicht zuletzt auch in einer Alterslosigkeit spiegelt: Menschen definieren sich über Lifestyles und weniger über eine Zugehörigkeit zu einer bestimmten Altersgruppe. Der Fokus liegt auf wachsenden Produkten, sogenannte produzierte Materialien treten in den Hintergrund. Orga-nische Strukturen spiegeln sich auch in der Mode in Form von Mustern und Texturen wider: bedruckte Jerseys und Intarsien-Strick sind genauso zu sehen wie naturinspirierte Gobelinstoffe, Bouclés und Slubb-Garbe kommen in un-endlichen Varianten. Die Farbpalette lebt von Grün- und Blautönen, die sich sanft mischen. Die Zutaten schmiegen sich sanft in den Reigen ein und setzen durch Lila- und Orangetöne spannende Akzente. Besondere Hingucker sind lederüberzogene Schließen und silberfarbene, teils geschwärzte Ornamentknöpfe.

The second half of autumn is inspired by natural strength, which is been seen in an ageless manner: people define themselves through lifestyle and not through belonging to a special group of age anymore. There is a focus on gro-wing products. Organic structures are reflected in fashion on patterns and textures: printed jerseys and intarsia knits could be seen as well as tapestry jacquards inspired by flo-ra, fauna and moths. Brushed yarns will be used in a big variety. The colour palette is living from all shades of green and blue. The trimmings are doing a round dance with them and focus on orange and lilac. Special eye-catchers are leather coated clasps and silver, partly blackened orna-mental buttons.

* STORIES *Es geht um mehr. Punkt. Menschen interessieren sich mehr und mehr für die Geschichten dahinter. Es wird nicht mehr einfach gekauft. Das Produkt erzählt eine Geschichte oder hilft, Geschichten zu erzählen. Und nicht zuletzt entdecken wir im Winter die Langsamkeit neu. Slowing down. Zeitlose, klassische Materialien haben jetzt ihren großen Auftritt. Die Silhouetten sind gerade oder in A-Linie. Neben klassischen Perlmuttknöpfen setzen spannende metallene Knöpfe so wie zarte, metallene Schließen warme Töne wie Beere, Moos oder Zedernholz gekonnt in Szene. Dazu feiert der Duffel-Coat und mit ihm Knebelverschlüsse in aufregenden Varianten ein Comeback.

It is a matter of – more. People are more and more interes-ted in the stories behind. It is not just shopping anymore. The product is born to tell a story or help us to tell our own. Last but not least we are going to explore the fascination of slowness again. Slowing down. Timeless, classical materials have their big stage now. The silhouettes are straight or in A-Line. Mother of pearl buttons and also special metal buttons as well as filigree clasps are playing colours like moss, berry or cedar wood to the gallery. Besides this the duffle coat celebrates its comeback and for sure also the exciting varieties of toggle closures.

* OPEN MIND *Zum Start in die Saison heißt es: erlaubt ist was gefällt. Es wird bunt, es wird gemixt. Das Stichwort heißt open-minded und spiegelt sich in Freiformen wider: die Kollektionen sind eine erlebnisreiche Mischung aus puzzle- und camouflage-inspirierten Mustern. Open minded steht aber auch für nicht konsumorientiertes Denken. Upcycling Produkte und biologisch abbaubare Zutaten haben ihren Auftritt. Recy-celte Stoffe kommen etwa als multicolorierte Tweeds daher. Schlichte Knöpfe in Akzentfarben wie Orange treffen dabei auf Bänder. Aufwändige Zutaten, wie etwa Knöpfe in Leder-optik und Check oder verspielte Schließen sorgen zum Start in den Herbst darüber hinaus für einen glänzenden Auftritt.

Anything goes at the beginning of the season! It will be multi coloured, it will be mixed. The keyword is open min-ded and could be seen in freeform patterns inspired by jigsaw cutouts and camouflages. The collections are an exciting mixture. At the same time open minded means also a non consuming thinking. Upcycling products and biodegradable trimmings are in the focus. Recycled fabrics come as multicoloured tweeds for example. Plain buttons meet ribbons in strong colours like orange. Special trim-mings like rich clasps or buttons in check or leather looking guarantee a bright performance.

* UNEXPECTED BEAUTY *Schönheit findet sich in der Natur. Man muss nur hinsehen. Und so zeigt das zweite Thema naturnahe Oberflächen inspiriert vom abwechslungsreichen Klima auf unserer Erde. Sowohl Zutaten als auch Stoffe wirken wolkig, wie gefrorenes Eis oder auch wie aufgebrochene Erde. Dazu changierende Farben. Alles so vielfältig wie unsere Welt. Die Farbpalette zeigt alles Grün unserer Wälder dazu kräftige Beerentöne und beruhigendes Blau. Zeit auf Entdeckertour zu gehen. Egal ob draußen in der Natur oder im Urban Jungle. Was wäre diese Welt ohne die unendliche Vielfalt, die zwischen Schwarz und Weiß liegt? Knöpfe in naturnahen Optiken wie Holzkohle dürfen dabei genau so wenig fehlen wie Verschlussvarianten in geschwärztem Metall.

Beauty is made by nature and could be found there. Just look. The second trend theme shows natural surfaces inspi-red from the diversified climate on planet earth. Trimmings as well as fabrics seem to be cloudy, frozen or cracked – added with changeable colours. Variegated like our world. The colour palette contains all green of the forest as well as berry and a calming blue. It is time for a discovery trip. No matter if in true nature or in the urban jungle. What would the world be without the unbelievable variety between black and white? Natural buttons, looking like charcoal must not be missed as well as clasp varieties in blackened metal.

* WELL-CRAFTED *Einfach mal langsam machen. So lautet das Credo für den Winter. Nicht mehr höher, weiter, schneller, sondern mit Bedacht. In diesem Thema bringen Designer Geschichten auf die Modebühne. Geschichten die anregen über sich und die Welt nachzudenken. Geschichten die inspirieren. Klassische Muster erleben eine Wiedergeburt durch die Kombination mit Streetwear inspirierten Details. Und so trifft auch mal Drache auf Karo. Metallene Knöpfe, edel geprägt mit royalen Elementen und Knöpfe in raffinierten Karovarianten setzen Akzente. Gürtelschließen sind groß und dekorativ. Matte Metalloberflächen ergänzen natur-nahe Looks.

Slow down is the credo for winter. Not higher, further, faster. Do everything thoughtful. In this theme fashion is a stage and designers are the actors who bring stories to life. Stories which will stimulate to think about oneself and also about the world we are living in. Classical patterns will have a re-naissance based in the combination with details inspired by street wear. And so, also a dragon will meet checks! Royal looking and also checked buttons will set priorities. Plain metal surfaces will complement the natural looks.
