Within a child's mind lies fantastic, whimsical lands that can't be reached easily... Inspired by those fanciful travels, Les Petits Vagabonds was born. The children's apparel brand fuses the anything-is-possible belief with time-transcending styles. Following its vagabond spirit, Les Petits Vagabonds, stays away from mass production, stereotyped thinking and goes on independently with limited edition products designed and produced entirely in Barcelona.
The brand is created by Duygu Hamdioglu Massol, who believes in little people and free spirit they embody. Duygu, worked as fashion editor and stylist for many years at magazines like Marie Claire, Marie Claire kids and Harpers Bazaar in Istanbul. Working with the esteemed fashion magazines has not only sharpened her eye for style, but also afforded her the chance to move from her eclectic city of Istanbul to sun-drenched Mediterranean city of Barcelona. As her curiosity grow on child fashion, she decided to create a children wear brand.
The beauty lies on the eye of the beholder. Maybe that's why every thing that a child reflects becomes beautiful...
Les Petits Vagabonds, with its Fall-Winter 2014 collection The Moon asks the Crown, takes again its little passengers to a vagabond journey in time. Children apparel brand, lies on a magical vintage touch built up with seventies' forms and prints, meets with Indian tribal patterns, vibrant colors and bold prints on natural fabrics. The inspiration comes from seventies but the look is decidedly up to date. Vintage style is stated on details; baby collars, lace details and frills, wood and gold metal buttons. A fall color palette which combines a mix of colors alongside amber yellow, hunter green and salmon pink makes part of little romantic dresses and tops, playful pants, cute
shorts, mini skirts and handmade warm knits.
The Moon asks The Crown interprets current trends with a vagabond spirit , plays ironically with new shapes and volumes, includes wearable designs in detailed styles.
