Conference „stable production“ - Institute for Production, Logistics and Components
Content : The stable production requires the observance of an early set assembly sequence which gets passed to the suppliers immediately. Capital bonds, storage areas and the handling scope can get reduced. For a successful implementation it is essential that all parties match up on each other. In several factories the stable production is reality.
