EXPOROM Auto Show 2012

Organized simultaneously, between 12-14 October

2012, at EXPOROM, the two exhibitions were

important events dedicated to the auto and tuning

industry.

Exporom Auto Show was addressed to the importers

and distributors of vehicles, equipments and

optionals, accessories, automotive components,spare parts and consumables.

4TuningFEST, organized in collaboration with

4Tuning, brought to the public aftermarket

equipments and optionals, tuning, car audio and

multimedia and profile clubs.

DAY 1

FRIDAY 12 October

The opening moment of the event was 11:00, at the

organized Press Conference. Almost 35 journalists presentat the event could announce to the public the main

attractions of the following days: The final Car Audio (13-14

October), the vehicle with DJ mixer, the vehicle painted

with cartoon characters, rally, drag and drift vehicles, but

also the retro vehicles beautifully reconditioned.

Almost 2.500 visitors were present in the first day of the

event.

DAY 2

SATURDAY 13 October

The beginning of the weekend brought a number of 4.000 visitors could take part at various

demonstrations of the auto clubs (the vehicles were opened for the visitors to be able to admire the

latest acquisitions of the owners, in the tuning field), but also to the latest preparations, tests that took

place in the area dedicated to the Final of Car Audio. The vehicle that bundles up ones hair was the

journalists favorite.

For a few shots necessary for the televisions, a drift car was taken out of the exhibition for some

demonstration, for the enjoyment of the public and being catalogued (by all the present persons) as the

peak moment of the day.

- One of the main attractions was, also, the electric car together with the hints for its charging.

DAY 3

SUNDAY 14 October

Noticeably, the number of the visitors was bigger than the one

from Saturday: approximately 5.000 visitors.

All the persons attending during the 3 days could vote the

favorite car. Every vehicle exhibited (except the new vehicles

from the area dedicated to the Moto Show) had a number and

a technical chart. Depending on the preferences, one of the

vehicles was chosen as being the most liked by the public

and the rest were judged by specialists.

Objectives

Creating a benchmark event for this industry, at western standards.

Bringing a number of more than 15.000 visitors in the 4 days of the event and informing themupon the novelties afferent to the interest fields.

Facilitating the B2B contacts from the request offer point of view and propelling the industrysdevelopment.

Increasing the awareness degree regarding the necessity of using the quality services by

rejecting the counterfeit products, which lack quality and/or sold on the black market.

Motivating the consumer for requesting the support of the certified specialists in the detriment ofthe persons certified on the basis of the principle the profession is stolen, with experienceacquired from more attempts on the back of the consumer

Developing a proper behavior for the targeted public which raises the interest for events and

activities organized by the EXPOROM Team.
