Enable tracking and control, automatic notification triggers, and data validation of

Update Hot Jobs system from paper to electronic
MSO form to create purchase req in SAP for external vendors
Implement reporting capabilities for Hot Jobs & MSOs through QlikView

Some model shop orders are fulfilled internally, in the Moen Prototype Lab, and the rest externally through vendors.
