4. Education and practical training in the procedures specified.5. Detailed procedures for thorough examination, operational testing, repair and Overload testing of Shipboard

Cranes and associated loose gear. 6. Procedures for issuing a report of service and statement of fitness.

7. Entry in Register of Lifting Appliances and cargo Handling Gear booklet.

This certificate is valid for 3 years from date of issue
