POSOČJE: Polenta (cornmeal mush) with

cracknels/mushrooms.

Cheese from Bohinj. Šara (stew from muttons extremities and vegetable). Gorenjska prata (pig´s head and bread, spices and eggs).

Štruklji made on different ways. Creamy matevž (mash beans and potatos with fat). Grilled lamb and piglet, pork sausage and blood sausage.
