Outlook on the Web Multi-Factor Authentication
Microsoft Authenticator App (Android) We have made recent changes to allow more secure access to email when away from the office. In order to access
Outlook on the Web (formerly Outlook Web Access or OWA) you are required to set up an authentication method. This
authentication verifies your identity as an authorized user.
You will be prompted to configure the authentication the first time you access Outlook on the Web from outside of the
office. You will only need to configure it once but will be required to authenticate to confirm your identity each time you
use Outlook on the Web from off-site.
These instructions are to configure the Microsoft Authenticator App on an Android.
