SPECIFICATION RULES valid for all disciplines to be held from 22 - 24 May 2020 at the Event Pyramid in A-2334 Vösendorf, Parkallee 2 General information These COMPETITION RULES govern the organisation and conduct of all competitions at the above mentioned event, which is organised by WORLD KOBUDO FEDERATION AUSTRIA, in short WKF Austria as the main organizer in cooperation with WORLD KOBUDO FEDERATION INTERNATIONAL. All starters will be awarded with certificates and medals for the first three places per age, weight or graduation class according to the respective sport/discipline. Only the respective rules for the individual disciplines listed or linked below are valid. Fighting takes place - if necessary in deviation from individual rules - exclusively according to the K.O.System. In consideration of dierent styles and country-specific traditions, it is possible to deviate from regulated clothing requirements. The main persons responsible for the organization as well as the respective competition directors in the individual sports/disciplines will be announced before the start of the competition. Schedule on all three days: Admission from 8:30 8:45-9:45 > weighing 9:00 > ocial start of the event and start of the fights Price giving ceremony: takes place continuously for each completed group or discipline Starting fee: per athlete for the first start > 35,— plus 20,— per further entry; In classes with a maximum age limit of 17 years > 30,— plus 15,— per further entry; This also applies analogously to mating/teams. Please note that, due to the system, two or three athletes in a pairing/ team are considered as a separate unit of account. Entitled to start are athletes from all over the world, starting from year of age: 2010 or older for Chanbara and Open-Style-Kata, 2008 or older for BJJ and Duo Kata, 2006 or older for Krav Maga/Self-defense; The entry fees have to be transferred by May 18th, 2020 at the latest (incoming!) IBAN: AT66 1200 0100 2614 7032 in the name of WKF Austria/Convention or to be paid in cash on the day of the event at the registration / weighing station on site. Closing date: Sunday, May 9th, 2020 Entries after closing date will be charged with additional 10,— per person. By registering, the respective club representatives or registrants confirm that each participant has signed a "declaration of consent in the sense of the DSGVO (or GDPR > Pattern see: https://wkfaustria.at/wp-content/ uploads/2019/05/WKF-Einverst.erkl_.DSGVO_.pdf ) or at least the express consent to the same is given. In the case of underage athletes, the consent of their legal guardians to participate has been obtained, and the athletic fitness of the participants has been confirmed by a doctor. The acting persons as well as organs and coaches of the respective club recognise with the registration to this competition that they carry the full responsibility for the fulfilment of these guidelines and if necessary hold the organiser as well as the referee/competition management free of charge and complaint in this regard. The organiser is not liable for injuries or other health consequences, nor for lost property. Please note that by attending our event, you expressly agree to the taking of photos or videos of yourself and, if applicable, your children, and that you consent to any publication of these recordings made during the event as well as names and relevant data on radio, television, online and/or print media, especially club and association homepages and Facebook pages.
