Hey Jeff, how're you doing today?

 I'm doing great. I have a few questions that I want to ask you Tony, basically just a get to knowyou session and learn a little bit more about how you can help people who are buying and sellinghomes. So first question that I have is Why did you move to Colorado? What brought you to thisbeautiful state?

Well, why wouldn't you want to move to Colorado? There's so many outdoor activities here, it'sjust amazing. Hiking skiing rock climbing, mountain biking you name it, we have it here. There's alot of athletic people here as well, so it makes it fun. Also Colorado boasts over 300 days ofsunshine...pretty awesome!

It is awesome, and you don't have to tell me. I'm a Colorado native, and I'm not sure that I'm evergoing to leave. So what specific areas or parts of Colorado do you like to focus and to work in?

Well, I work in south and southeast area of Denver It focuses in the Cherry Creek SchoolDistrict, Douglas county school district And the counties also are going to be Arapahoe county,Denver county, Douglas county and Elbert counties. So that would be my area of focus, Jeff.

Perfect. Now I know that you can help buyers and sellers with every aspect of the transaction,and you offer full service, but what would you say that your specialities are?

Well, I love helping people who have tried to sell their home by themselves as a for sale byowner. Now, the reason why I like helping them is the National Association of Realtors has putout a study that has shown that realtors can help sellers get over fourteen percent more for theirmoney. And I think that is something of value that people can understand.

That's really powerful. I can see how that could have a huge impact for somebody who's buyingor selling their home fourteen percent is tremendous. So I certainly understand why peopleshould work with a realtor...Why should people choose to work with you?

Well, You know I have over ten years of experience in various parts of real estate. But I like tofocus in on people's needs. When you're looking to buy or sell a home and invest in real estate I'llsit down with them and I have a lengthy amount of questions that I ask them so that we're on thesame page and I understand exactly how I can help them in selling or buying their home.
