Warehouse Team LeaderOPPORTUNITY: The Warehouse Team Leader role will be responsible for the execution of all thedaily activities required to manage shift responsibilities across Inbound (receiving, put away andreplenishment) or Outbound (pick, pack and ship) operations in the Distribution Centre.

Key responsibilities:

l Assist in day-to-day running of the warehousel Carry out inventory checksl Quality checking as required and implementation of corrective actionl Managing the start-up procedures – unlocking and pre-start checks on all operational

equipmentl Manage and organise daily picking requirementsl Monitor accuracy and organisation during unloading/inspection of all inbound goods/returned

productsl Supervise picking and checking process for accuracy and to ensure customers’ orders are

fulfilled, daily liaison with Transport, Sales and Supply Chain to monitor and improve processesl Full adherence to health and safety policy and proceduresl Assist in employee training, development and engagement

The ideal candidate will have:

l Strong attention to detaill Strong organisational skills, adaptable and a fast learnerl Experience in employee training, development and engagementl Experience in leading a team in a warehousing and logistics environmentl Counter balance / Reach / Stacker forklift truck experience desirable
