Nasal Spray

Aurena Laboratories have developed a range of nasal spray products based on sterile saline solution (isotonic and hypertonic), sterile sea salt solution (isotonic and hypertonic) and natural sea water (isotonic and hypertonic). In some products, xylitol or aloe and chamomile have been added to the solution.The seawater/saline nasal spray from Aurena Laboratories restores moisture to nasal passages irritated by colds or allergies, dryness, pollution, and overuse of nasal decongestants. The products also provide mechanical cleansing of the nasal cavity from excess mucus, dust, pollutants and allergens in a natural, non-harmful, way.

The seawater/saline solution not only restores moisture to nasal passages, it is also a deeply penetrating nasal irrigation spray. It works by thinning the mucus, which normalises the acidic environment and washes away foreign particles like dust, pollen and allergens. This relieves congestion and restores normal respiratory function.

With regular use of Aurena Laboratories nasal spray sufferers of rhinitis and sinusitis symptoms will be alleviated and decrease the use of medicated products.

Product approvals: Registered according to MDD (Medical Device Directive, 93/42/

EEC, Class IIa)

Shelf life: 3 years from production date.

Packaging: Standard can sizes are: 50, 100, 125, 200 and 250 ml. Individual carton

boxes, with or without leaflets are also available for can sizes up to 125 ml.

Presentations: Both sticker labels and preprinted cans can be used. Labels can

be provided with a tamper seal. Preprinted cans are recommended for quantities of

25,000+ per order.
