AURA INDUSTRIAL PACKAGE LONG L IFE

We can deliver our lamps in a practical industrial packaging. It

facilitates installation, saves time and reduces waste. The Aura

Industrial Package Long Life is simply a big pack of Long Life

fluorescent lamps. Instead of many standard boxes you receive

your fluorescent lamps placed on a pallet. Compared to the

standard box, the pallet saves space when storing it. When you

carry out maintenance work, you do not need to open as many

packages. The installation process is faster and you get less

waste to take care of.

The Aura Industrial Package Long Life is available for Aura

T8 Eco Saver Long Life, Aura Ultimate Long Life and Aura

Universal Long Life. For applications such as production areas,

warehouses, airports, sign lighting, tunnel lighting and street

lighting.

and lumen depreciation taken into account. The lamp is being

operated with a switching cycle of three hours, with the lamp

switched on for two hours and 45 minutes and switched off for

15 minutes. A 12 hour switching cycle is more close to common

use, having the lamp switched on for 11 hours and switched off

for one hour.

Technical information

The Aura Industrial Pack Long Life assortment have the same

characteristics for electrical operation and light technical data

that common T8 (26 mm) fluorescent lamps have. It fits in all

luminaires developed and assembled for T8 lamps. Aura T8 Eco

Saver Long Life is suitable for operation in luminaires where a

slightly higher temperature occur.

Long Life Guarantee

Aura Light guarantees 36,000 hours (Aura T8 Eco Saver/

Universal Long Life) and 50,000 hours (Aura Ultimate Long

Life) service life (Magnetic ballast + Starter) and 50,000 hours

(Aura T8 Eco Saver/Universal Long Life) and 70,000 hours

(Aura Ultimate Long Life) (Electronic ballast, warm start) for

Aura Industrial package Long Life for installations that comply

with the relevant standards. Aura Industrial package Long Life

is developed and manufactured in accordance with the IEC/

EN 60081-standard. Continuous strict quality control proces-

ses secure fluorescent lamps of top quality. For more detailed

Overview

Aura Industrial Package Long Life is available on request and

we adapt the design to your specific needs. We will invoice

100 EUR as a deposit of the pallet. Credit will be issued once

the pallet is returned. Please contact your local Aura customer

service when booking a return freight of a pallet.

The long running time of Aura Long Life lamps gives more

cost effective lighting maintenance and improved long term

planning for group replacement. Group replacement of fluo-

rescent lamps provides an optimal control of the operational

costs and a uniform level of light. For economical and environ-

mental reasons Aura Light recommends group replacement of

Long Life fluorescent lamps. The Aura Industrial Package Long

Life will make it even easier.

Long Life Technology

All fluorescent lamps in Aura Industrial Package Long Life are

developed based on our patented cathode shield construc-

tion which provides a unique fluorescent lamp with an extra

long service life combined an improved end-of-life protection

against overheating. The lumen depreciation process is minimi-

zed with a protection layer inside the glass tube.

Lifetime

Service life is when the light level in an installation reaches

80 % of its initial 100-hour value, with both lamp failure rate
