Modified PSPDCOMP.cbl to set a flag to continue searching for job row after termination when needed.

A copy of the function, modified to meet the user requirements, has been implemented in PYE_BANKACCT_VW. ACCOUNT_EC_ID.FieldFormula. The exception has been caught and handled to display a suitable message. Also, changes have been made in the above PeopleCode to prevent period (.) from being accepted as a valid character for Account Number.

We modified the Benefits Dependent/Beneficiary page (DEPEND_BENEF2) as follows: 1. The Riders/Orders link and the related checkbox is always displayed, regardless of the Relationship value on any of the rows in the Personal History scroll. 2. The unlabeled checkbox previously to the right of the Riders/Orders link now has its own label 'Riders/Orders exist' to comply with usability standards. The checkbox has been relocated to the left of the link in the tab order. For visually-impaired users, it makes more sense to tab to the checkbox first so that they know if there are court orders before tabbing to the link. Prior to the modifications, the Riders/Orders link and the related checkbox were only displayed if the relationship was Child, Spouse or Ex-spouse. Under certain conditions, the Riders/Orders link and the related checkbox were not displayed when in Include/Correct History mode.
We modified the BN_DEPBEN:DepBen application class PeopleCode (that is associated with the Life/ADD Elections page) to issue an error message if the page is saved with a beneficiary whose Dependent\Beneficiary Type is 'None'. Prior to the modifications, the page could be saved with a beneficiary whose Dependent\Beneficiary Type is 'None'.
An example of the new error message:
"Dependent 03 Santos,Sean is not eligible for Life plans. (3000,820) This individual has a Dependent/Beneficiary Type of 'None' on his or her Dependent/Beneficiary record. This is an invalid role for this plan type. If this individual is both a dependent and a beneficiary, change the Dependent/Beneficiary Type to 'Both' on the Dependent/Beneficiary record. If the individual is only a beneficiary, change the Type to 'Beneficiary'. If this individual was selected in error, please select a different ID."

We modified the FUNCLIB_RETRO.DUPLICATE_RQST and FUNCLIB_RETRO.UPDATE_RQST FieldFormula PeopleCode to process retro requests as follows:Retro Benefit requests will only be marked as duplicates when there is a Mass Retro Request at the same time as other Mass Retro Requests or other individual retro benefits/deduction requests. If there are no Mass Retro Requests for an employee, individual retro benefits/deduction requests should never be marked as duplicates because the system should not allow duplicates to be created.
We also addressed issues where the process flags are incorrectly set on existing and new retro requests when there are retro requests for multiple types and/or benefit plans existing at the same time. Under certain conditions, the process flag on the retro request and the separate calculation results table could be put out of synch, and that issue has been addressed in this fix.
We modified encumbrance calculation Cobol modules to will issue an error message if salary plan / grade / step are missing on JobCode table only when the jobcode is not used by Position Management. Prior to this change, the program will issue error message when missing salary plan / grade / step are missing on JobCode table.

Report ID 1968137000 modifies the Commitment Accounting modules, PSPPFTAX.DMS, PSPPFTX2.DMS and PAYGL02.SQR to support the implementation of the HIRE Act of 2010 (Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment). The Act exempts employers from paying the employer share of Social Security (FICA) tax for tax year 2010 on the wages of newly hired employees who have been unemployed for at least 60 days. The tax exemption applies only to the employer-paid portion of Social Security taxes, but not to the employee-paid portion, and both employee and employer portions of the Medicare tax remain in effect. Please see the Special Notes Section in Tax Update 10-C notes for further information on the new functionality that was added to Payroll for North America in Tax Update 10-C.
LEG: CERFA changes for the year 2010 are delivered.
This resolution contains new transactions that allow the user to setup a list of follow-up actions per absence type, generate, track and monitor follow-up actions associated to an absence event and a workflow configuration to notify the relevant users for specific actions based on the duration of an absence. The setup is seeded based on the current action list for the Dutch act "Law Poortwachter", but can potentially be used for any kind of absence.

HR Talent Management Integration Pack Phase 2: CP/SP and CompensationA software change was made to Full Sync processing between HCM 9.0 and HCM 9.1 specific to Workforce Full Sync and Person Basic Full Sync, specific to Talent Management Product, to improve the performance when high volume data is involved.
The following functional changes were made to the behavior of the Profile Type content section properties:
1) If the content type is not defined as "adhoc", then the properties JPM_CAT_ITEM_ID, JPM_CAT_TYPE, and EFFDT will automatically be included when the content section is added. If the content type is defined as "adhoc", then the properties JPM_ADHOC_DESCR and JPM_CAT_TYPE will be included. 2) Additional properties that are added to the Content section definition will have the property attributes open for update. 3) Those properties that are marked as system data will not have the following property attributes enabled: Required, Max Length, Min Value, Max Value, Default Value4)Content Section page was changed to remove the Source column in the Content Property grid and the Content field. 5)The Refresh Properties link was removed from the Content page since no properties will be defaulted from the content catalog.
When you save an Item with a future effective date by navigating to Set Up HRMS > Product Related > Profile Management > Content Catalog > Content Items. The item is stored in the database. However, when you attemp to open the Item in the application, the search returns no rows.
The Syndication Exceptions search shows all profiles and not just those that have syndication exceptions. When using the Syndication Exception List it shows all the profiles items even if they don't have exception so you must drill down and to find if there is an exception.
Component PeopleCode was corrected to transfer to the non-person profile component in Correction mode.

The solution was to change the SCH_MNG_PERIOD component. We moved the Save Post Change code to the SAVE button and changed the DoSave to DoSave Now. This improved the performace and the chance of collision.
