Love lights are the perfect way to remember or
honor someone special during this holiday season.
For a donation of $5, you may purchase a blue light
to honor someone living, or a white light to
remember someone who has passed.
At our Holiday Open House on Saturday, December
8 from 2-4 p.m., the names will be read and the
tree will be lit. A list of those honored and
remembered will be posted with the tree. Lights
may be purchased any time before Christmas Day.
You may submit your love light requests and
donations to:
Augusta Health & Rehabilitation
Attn: Love Light Project
901 Bridge Creek Lane
Augusta, WI 54722
Please include the names you will be remembering
and/or honoring, your name and address, and
enclose the $5.
This event will also have
entertainment, refreshments,
and raffle. See you then!
