Raider RecipeCrock Pot Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 Large Onion (Chopped)

3 Carrots peeled and sliced into coins

2 Stalks of Celery, sliced

4 tsp Thyme

4 tsp of Rosemary

3 Cloves of Garlic, minced

Salt & Pepper to Taste

10 c. low-sodium chicken broth

8 oz. egg noodles

Instructions:

In Crock Pot, combine chicken, onion, carrots, celery,

thyme, rosemary, and garlic. Season with salt and

pepper. Pour in chicken broth. Stir. Cover and cook on

low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove chicken from Crock Pot

and shred with 2 forks. Return chicken to Crock Pot

and add egg noodles. Cook on low for 20-30 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy!
