THE JACKSON’S FAMILY FUED

IS IT ABOUT THE MONEY?

TIME LINE OF EVENTS:

In July of this year Jermaine

Jackson along with Janet,

Randy, Rebbie, and Tito Jack-

son, sent a letter to the execu-

tors of Michael Jackson’s es-

tate claiming that the Will was

“fake, flawed, and fraudulent”

and that the executors com-

mitted criminal actions in

submitting a fraudulent Will

on behalf of Michael Jackson’s

Estate.”

July 15, 2012

Katherine Jackson, upon advice

of her physician, decides to

take some time away from her

home for rest and relaxation

for 10 days.

On July 19th, Jermaine Jackson

tweets that his mother is

resting in Arizona under doc-

tor’s orders, at an undisclosed

location.

On July 22nd, Paris Jackson,

daughter of Michael Jackson

tweeted: “I haven’t seen my

grandmother in a week. I

want her home now!”

Also On July 22nd, T. J. Jackson,

son of Tito Jackson whom Mrs.

Jackson entrusted the care of

the children, filed a missing per-

son’s report.

Later that night, Jermaine Jack-

son responded via Twitter that,

"No-one is being "blocked" from

speaking with Mother. She is

merely an 82-year-old woman

following doctor's orders to rest-

up and de-stress, away from

phones and computers. Every-

one has been well aware of this

within the family, but I would

like to reiterate my reassurance

to the outside world that Moth-

er is fine."

On July 23rd, Paris tweeted : “8

days and counting...I want to talk

directly to my grandmother!!”

Later that day Janet and Randy

Jackson went to their mothers

home to let the children know

that Mrs. Jackson was doing fine

and invited them to go to see

her.

It is reported that an altercation

took place between Janet Jack-

son and Paris Jackson. Accord-

ing to video released of the inci-

dent, Paris refused to go with

Janet and Randy to visit her

grandmother.

Since that time the executors

of Michael Jackson’s estate

banned Janet, Randy, and other

siblings from visiting their

mother in her home.

On July 24th, Paris tweeted: 9

days and counting, So help me

God, I will make whoever did

this pay.”

In response to Paris Jackson’s

daily tweets, Gladys Knight

stated:

Paris Jackson caused all of the

drama by tweeting a lot of

drama to her 700,000

followers . . . .”

Randy Jackson went on Al

Sharpton’s television show to

clear up the confusion and stat-

ed that he and Janet went to

their mother’s home to let

Michael’s children know that

they could speak to their

grandmother at any time and

invited them to go visit her.

Also on July 24th while Mrs.

Jackson was resting in Arizona

at her daughter Rebbie’s home,

her grandson, T. J. Jackson Peti-

tioned the Court to take the

Guardianship of Michael Jack-

son’s children from her.

During a television interview,

Mrs. Jackson stated that she

and T. J. talked about him fil-

ing for guardianship of the

children but she told him it

was not necessary and that

she would be home the next

day. However, he went ahead

with the guardianship pro-

ceedings anyway.

Whoever is in control of the

guardianship of Michael Jack-

son’s children also controls

the $70,000 a month per child

allowance for the taking care

of Michael’s children. On Au-

gust 22nd a judge will deter-

mine the status of the Guardi-

anship.

On August 1st

Jermaine Jackson tweeted:

"After much soul-searching, it

is clearly time for us to live by

Michael's words about love

not war. In this spirit, I offer

this statement by way of ex-

tending an olive-branch. Ac-

cordingly, I rescind my signa-

ture from the letter which was

sent to the Estate”

Janet, Randy and Rebbie will

continue to press forward in

their search for the truth.
