Dean’s Message
Dean Cheryl Ney
We did it! Through efforts large and small, the start of another academic year is underway. The halls are bustling with students, and faculty and staff are energized for the start of our second Fall semester.
While some in the CCOE community were away for the summer, others continued their labor on campus getting ready for another academic year – and if you didn’t make it back for the potato bar (yum) on August 18th, you have no idea what you missed! Look for our special, “What I Did This Summer” 2017 Edition of the CCOE Bulletin in the next few weeks – there was just too much to fit in this edition! This issue of the news bulletin lets you know about upcoming events and activities that may be of interest to you and certainly provides learning opportunities for CCOE students. Please help us promote these events and activities!
So, welcome back to our returning folks! Let me extend a hearty welcome to the new students, staff, and faculty in the CCOE community! Get ready, get set---head into a fulfilling and enriching semester experience knowing that your participation in the CCOE community and the Education profession makes a huge difference in our corner of the planet at this time in our nation’s history!
