Our unit consists of approximately 160 unit members from many parts of the country. I realize that

many of you have been in the company for many years and are happy exactly where you are in

your career. If you are happy just taking care of your customers and enjoying using our wonderful

products at cost, that is GREAT! For all of you in this group, I would like to stress the importance

of enrolling your customers in the Preferred Customer Program. This keeps your customers

informed of NEW products and connected to you as their Beauty Consultant. This is also a great

way to develop NEW customers and enhance the customers you already service. You can enroll

your customers for the Holiday LOOK Book NOW! Enrollment closes August 17th.

You will be learning and reading about the NEW Great Start Program. This is an enhancement

of our current Ready, Set, Sell, Program. Your new Team Member will have four months to be a

“qualified” Team Member instead of two months. There are “perks” she can receive just by selling

and continuing to order products. The company has also added Team Building Rewards for ALL

consultants. When your new Team Member becomes “qualified”, you can receive a $50.00 cash

bonus. There is not limit! Look for more details in newsletter and on intouch.
