Barry Glantz, Mayor of Creve Coeur and Maxine Weil, Chairman Pro Tem of Olivette will give a report on their respective cities. You won’t want to miss an opportunity to hear the latest news from Creve Coeur and Olivette. First elected in April 2012, Barry L. Glantz, A.I.A. was raised in Creve Coeur and resides at #6 Shardue Lane, where he lives with his wife Sheri. He has three grown children – Evan, Corey and Marissa. Previously, Mayor Glantz was elected to four terms on the Creve Coeur City Council from 1992-2000, serving as council president in 1996-1997. He was also appointed to three terms on the Creve Coeur Planning & Zoning Commission from 2002-2011. In addition to his service with the City of Creve Coeur, Mayor Glantz is also the immediate past-President of the Municipal League of Metro St. Louis and a member of the East West Gateway Council of Governments. Maxine Weil is in her second term on the Olivette City Council and is currently the Chairman Pro-Tem. Her passion for Olivette has grown over the years as she has resided in Olivette for over 50 years. Maxine is involved with all aspects of the City Council but also serves as the liaison to the Parks and Recreation Commission. In addition to working on behalf of the residents of Olivette, Maxine has worked in the St. Louis Jewish Community for her entire career and is currently the Director of Lifelong Learning at Central Reform Congregation.
