• The last part (Part D) of the Phase 3 renovation project is scheduled for completion August 11, 2017.  The Part D work includes the interior demolition and reconstruction of the D2200 wing and part of the D2100 wing.  This summer’s work included approximately 12,000 sf.

• Installation of ceiling tile, floor tile and final painting is underway.

• Casework doors installation and trim out on going.

• Final roofing trim out over the D wing is underway.

• New furniture and equipment is stored on site.  Installation of furniture and equipment into renovated spaces will begin 8/14.

• The project is approximately 90% complete.

• Interior Restrooms, PE Lockers Rooms and new Bleachers are complete. • Agricultural Science Classrooms and Barn are now occupied by teachers• Permanent air is to be running on Aug 10th.  The main building mechanical room 

renovation for 3 boilers and 3 chillers is being renovated (GMP#4) and near completion.   The new cooling tower is installed and piping is connected and operational to the mechanical room.  Admin has relocated to the main building Aug 8.

• Sanitary sewer line with lift station from Concessions Building to Ag Science is complete.

• Expect to start GMP#5‐ front expansions in Fall 2017. Front construction fencing is complete, and side entry will be ready for school.  All parking will be in back lot during construction, to prepare for first school day.  We are preparing for the lengthened entry turn lanes to the school, in coordination with the County.

construction is anticipated for mid to late August 2017.

• Work has begun on the excavation of the building pad.• Installation of the new building pad will start this week.• Utility work has begun inside the existing building. Both POWER and GAS will be 

brought over from the existing building.• Two of the three mobile restroom units have arrived on campus for temporary
