Outlook for September

According to the MLS, real estate activity in Redondo Beach trended off pace during August with respect

to July. Major data points including total sales, market median sales price, and the sales listing ratio

posted single to double digit declines. Though, historically speaking this time of year is notorious for

changes in seller and buyer activity.

That said it is reasonable to expect real estate market behavior in September to roughly mirror that of

August. However, because mortgage money remains inexpensive and is relatively available movement

can trend either direction. Thus, if you are interested in buying or selling you should call me today so we
