at two of Rhode Island’s most highly acclaimed restaurants, Gracie’s and La Laiterie. After earning the title of Sous Chef, Bryce decided to leave the restaurant

industry and concentrate on his own personal chef business utilizing his knowledge and background in cooking, athletics and nutrition to create his

own niche.

The City Art Festival will be held on August 6th, 2011 in the

Biltmore Park and the Skating Center in Kennedy Plaza.

Enjoy a lovely stroll, view some wonderful public art and enjoy the variety of sights and sounds of downtown Providence. The park will host over 100 juried artists, strolling enter-

tainment and festive food for the City Art Festival.

Providence, RI, is setting the table

for its first ever Food and Wine

Festival. Scheduled for Thursday,

August 25 until Saturday, August

27.

The Providence Food and Wine Festival brings restaurants and chefs together to provide

guests with three days of events, tastings and educational panels that showcase the city’s

abundant gastronomic offerings.
