– 15 ARL deployed and on site; one enroute to stage for deployment after winds about in SW FL
– 26 PA and 6 IA teams will be formed with FEMA; assignments underway and will be completed later today
– Based on expected track, priority areas 1, 2, 3 have been identified; they are hurricane wind swath, 50 mph plus wind swath and tropical storm force wind swath
– FEMA NHCD has been contacted about forming a joint Federal/State BPAT (Building Performance Assessment Team) in regard to impacts on the (new) Florida Building Code

– As event progresses and transition to DFO (Disaster Field Office) occurs, we wil need trained Recovery/Mitigation personel for EOC and field assignments; we are looking to RRT and even more so, EMAC ; requests wil be forthcoming
• Future Operations– Planning Cell for DFO transition has been formulated and
will meet this afternoon– FEMA/State PA/IA Damage Assessment teams will be
established – Development of DFDO staffing plan(s) will be initiated
