Dear Team Coaches & Coordinators;

NetLynx Sports and AAU are excited to be bringing you the 2014 AAU Men’s and Women’s State(Central District) Championship, April 25-27, 201. One of our goals is to make preparations for you as easyas possible. With that in mind, please read over the directions below.

Parent Information Letter:

Make copies of the “Parent Information Letter” to hand out to all gymnasts who areparticipating in the AAU District Championships. Attach “Team Central” leotard and men’stank order form.

Collect the order forms. Please summarize on the Master Uniform Order Form. The cost forthe Central District leotard or tank is $29.99 + $2.40 tax = 32.39. Please return MasterUniform Order Form to NetLynx, PO Box 140704, Boise ID 83074, by March 4, 2014.

Meet Schedule:

Competition days for each level will be posted on the web site as soon as possible after the March 4, 2014entry deadline at www.netlynxsports.com.

The final meet schedule will be posted by April 12th. Please ask parents not to call CSA Kids or NetLynxfor schedule information. We will update the web site daily if needed.

Meet Entry Payments:

Please mail the forms and fees for your entries by March 4th. Make one check for your entries payable toNetLynx – AAU State Meet, PO Box 140704, Boise ID 83074. Please contact us via e-mail any time withany questions, concerns, or suggestions you may have.

Who: This competition is open to any AAU member gymnast who belongs to a club inor registered to the AAU Central District. This includes members of the AAUGIJO League. This event is sanctioned by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.

Levels: All Men’s and Women’s Levels

Rules: AAU National Rules as published on the AAU website – www.aausports.org

Age Divisions : Will be determined by the entries.

Age Determination Date: June 11, 2014 – First Day of AAU Age Group Nationals

Meet Fees: $50 per gymnast – Optional “Team Central” leo for girls and tank for boys. Thisuniform is to be worn at AAU Age Group Nationals to designate our team.

Team Entries: $35 per team (3 gymnasts per level – top 3 scores count)

Refund s: No Refunds. Injured athletes registration can be put towards Age GroupNationals or Junior Olympic Games petition fee.

X All participants must have a current AAU membership.

X AAU membership may not be included as part of the entry fee to the event.

X AAU Youth  Athlete membership must be obtained before the competition begins except where the event

operator has a laptop available with an internet connection.

Be Prepared: Adult and Non Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at

event. Please allow 10 days for membership to be processed.

Individual Awards : 50% + 1 Event Awards & 100% ALL-AROUND Awards !Gymnasts will be awarded AAU Medals for 1st – 3rd and AAU ribbons for the remaining placesthru 50% + 1. AAU Medals for 100% of the all-around athletes in each age division. Awards willbe presented after each session.Team Awards: 50% of the teams entered per level (3 scores count)

QUALIFICATION TO 2013 AAU AGE GROUP NATIONALS: http://aaugymnastics.org/Participation in State Meet (District Championship) qualifies your child to the AAU Age Group Nationalsto be held in Walt Disney World, Orlando Florida, June 12th-16th. This event attracts gymnasts from allover the country from California to Connecticut.
