Alberto Albertazzi was born on 1 st January 1966 in Varese, where he currently lives. In 1991 he obtained the bachelor's degree in Economics at Bocconi University, Milan. He began his professional career in 1992 in the retail real estate world as shopping enter manager at Finiper Group.

Later on, after a professional experience of 7 years at Espace Expansion Italia SpA (Unibail Group), during which he covered the role of Head of Research and Development, he acquired

important professional skills in companies specialized in real estate development (Policentro SpA) and retail chain development (Sisim SpA). In 2001 he joined BNPP REIM Sgr where, during the following 7 years, he held the role of Fund Manager and of Transaction Manager. In 2008, after a brief period spent in Eurizon Capitai Srg - Intesa Sanpaolo Group, as Head of Real Estate lnvestment and Fund Management, Alberto joined Henderson Global lnvestors Sgr as Generai Manager and Head of Property ltaly. He has been working for Svicom since 2013 where he holds the position of CEO and General Manager. He's Partner of the Company.

Sanpaolo, in qualità di responsabile degli investimenti e gestione dei fondi immobiliari, Alberto è entrato in Henderson Global lnvestors Sgr come Direttore Generale e responsabile del settore immobiliare per l' Italia. In Svicom dal 2013, ricopre la carica di Amministratore Delegato e Direttore Generale ed è Partner dell'Azienda.

Letizia Cantini è nata a Pistoia il 24 marzo 1981, vive a Milano.

Dal 2013 al 2018 è stata Direttore Patrimonio e Direttore Tecnico di Unicoop Firenze, divenendo la più giovane dirigente del sistema Coop.

Dopo essersi laureata con il massimo dei voti e lode presso lʼUniversità di Firenze - Facoltà di Lettere e Filosofia, ha perfezionato la sua formazione con il dottorato di ricerca in studi storici.

Il suo ingresso nel mondo del lavoro inizia durante gli studi universitari, prestan-do servizio come addetta alla casse in un ipermercato di Unicoop Firenze per poi essere chiamata nello staff dellʼallora AD a svolgere lʼattività di Business Analyst, e quindi a ricoprire ruoli di sempre maggiore spessore nellʼarea immobiliare di Unicoop Firenze.

Entra in Svicom nel novembre 2018 per ricoprire il ruolo di COO - Chief Opera-ting Officer con la responsabilità sulle aree di Property, Amministrazione Centri, Legale, Digital, Marketing e Servizi Tecnici.

Letizia Cantini was born in Pistoia on March 24, 1981, and lives in Milan.

From 2013 to 2018 she was Unicoop Florence's Director of Heritage and Technical Director, becoming the youngest executive in the Coop system.

After graduating with honors at the University of Florence - Faculty of Literature and Philosophy, she has perfected her education with a research doctorate in historical studies.

Her entry into the world of work began during university studies, serving as a clerk in a hypermarket of Unicoop Florence and then being called in the staff of the then AD to conduct business analyst, and then to fill roles of ever greater thickness in the Unicoop Firenze real estate area.

She joined Svicom in November 2018 to take on the role of COO - Chief Operating Officer - with responsibility for the areas of Property Management,Property Administration, Legal, Digital, Marketing and Technical Services.
