The song I have chosen for this project is ‘Faded’ by Alan Walker. In my opinion and own interpretation of the song, I believe that it is about a lost love yet the beat of the song gives a catchy and lively beat.

Here are my ideas for the narrative:

Inspired by Kimi No Nawa, a Japanese animation by Makoto Shinkai, the narrative of my music video is about a girl who exchanged bodies with a guy. They began to get to know each other. After numerous exchanges, it never happened again. She began looking for him as her memory of him began fading one by one. In the end, it might just be her imagination as she sees the boy but as she looked back he wasn’t there. However, there are parts of the music video where the boy was actually alive as he left notes and drawings on her notebook.
