In addition, the theme of LifeReimagined can be used toexpress the constant changing ofsociety in the past, present, orfuture.
This virtual academy teachesstudents how to use film toexpress themselves.
Who: 3rd-12th graders of allfilmmaking abilitieswho want to be filmmakersand/or compete in the FBISDFilm Fest.
Audience:
January 7th-January 21stThe first 300 students to enroll willreceive a Filmmaker's Kit. Ifregistration fills (more than 300), await list will be created and if spotsopened, parents will be notified.

This year the event will be held virtually with students using Teams,Schoology, and video editing programs such as WeVideo.
We will have a Filmmaker's Kit for the first 300 registered attendees(pickup at Administration Building) ready the week of Jan 25-29th.
There will be workshops to learn the basics of video and photographyfor beginners. Also there will be more in-depth workshopsavailable with topics such as green screen and stop-motion effects.
