Audience Feedback on the Advert

I collected my feedback by giving 5 randomly chosen people at my College’s canteen (my target audience is in the College age group) a piece of paper asking them to writer down areas they liked and areas that need improving. I will then carry out these improvements and see which version they prefer.

Summary

• My audience seemed to like the black and white ideas with the high contrast to cause a strong link and bond between this product and the music video and digipack product. Another clear like was that the advert photo was the album cover.

• The common dislikes was a lack of colour. Selective colour on the eyes was again suggested, with Out Now’s placement being changed to the bottom of the screen with the colour of the text suggested to be changed to red.

Improvements I will carry out

• For the selective colour element, I will just add colour to Lauren’s eyes on the advert.

• For the ‘Out Now’ points I will simply change the font colour to red and using the placement tool on PhotoShop I will place it at the bottom of the screen in the centre.
