A U C T I O N P O L I C I E S /P R O C E D U R E SThe Silent Auction will take place on May 3 from 6 – 8:15 p.m. Auction winnings will be posted at the registration table after the conclusion of the Silent and Live Auctions. Successful Auction bidders who are not present at that time will be notified after the gala.

RULESAll bids are final and cannot be withdrawn unless superseded by a higher bid. No exchanges or refunds will be provided by Craft Alliance Center of Art + Design. All art auctioned at this event is subject to a confidential reserve price, below which the art will not be sold. Values set on auction art are estimates. A buyer is entitled to a tax deduction if the purchase exceeds the fair market value of the art.

PAYMENTPayment for auction items may be made in cash, checks payable to Craft Alliance, or by MasterCard or Visa. Full payment must be made upon receipt of the item. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the sale of auction items will support Craft Alliance’s exhibition, education, and community programs.

PICK-UP PROCEDURESAuction items will be available to take home the evening of the auction or may be picked up from Craft Alliance at the Delmar Loop location: 6640 Delmar Boulevard, Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from May 6 through May 17, 2019.
