ConclusionUnderage drinking and the use of illegal substances amongst teenagers is
causing the percent of high
school graduates to decrease. It is also contributing to higher crime rates amongst teenagers. More and
more teenagers are finding themselves in trouble with the law and many of them report using alcohol
or illegal substances before committing the crime they were charged with.
