Be advised on Monday August 18, 2014 at 9:20 AM Sony Employee Eleanor Arpino stated on Friday August 15, 2014 at 9:00AM
to 9:05 she fell down the stairs the lead to the employee entrance. Eleanor hands were full so she wasn’t holding the rail Sony
Employee David Morton witness the fall while holding the door for Eleanor. Eleanor didn’t go for Medical attention after the fall she
did tell couple of employees about it. Lucy Newman, Joann Rizzo, Carmen Alvarez and Eddie Negron who gave her an Ice Pack.
Eleanor stated when she fell hurting her right knee with a shooting pain to her back and spine, the pain continues to bother her.
Eleanor didn’t report the accident to security or Oscar until this day

Arpino was going upstairs and fell up the stair as she was coming in. When she fell, she hit her right knee and then the left. Eleanor stated when she fell hurting her right knee with a shooting pain to her back and spine, the pain continues to bother her.
