Employee David Morton witness the fall while holding the door for Eleanor. Eleanor didn’t go for Medical attention after the fall she

Eleanor stated when she fell hurting her right knee with a shooting pain to her back and spine, the pain continues to bother her.

I am helping to complete workers comp docs for E. Arpino and after she reviewed the description below – she want to correct the statement: E. Arpino was going upstairs and fell up the stair as she was coming in. When she fell, she hit her right knee and then the left. Eleanor stated when she fell hurting her right knee with a shooting pain to her back and spine, the pain continues to bother her.
