The honor is in recognition of Dr. Mukhopadhyay’s achievements, determination, and contribution as an alumnus of IIT. The award was presented by Prof. Virendra Kumar Tiwari, Director of IIT Kharagpur at a glittering ceremony during the institute’s convocation day in Kharagpur, West Bengal. The event was addressed by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri. Narendra Modi as a Chief Guest and witnessed the presence of eminent academicians, scientists, industry experts, technocrats and social activists, etc. Receiving the award, Dr. R Mukhopadhyay, Director (R&D), JK Tyre, said, “. It is a matter of pride for me to be standing alongside the well- regarded alumni awardees with outstanding achievements in separate spheres bringing back fond memories of my stint here. Automechanika Frankfurt 2021 to be held as physical event with new online programme Automechanika Frankfurt, the world’s largest and leading trade fair for the aftermarket sector, is taking place as a hybrid event for the first time this year. The primary focus will be on the physical event and all the advantages it offers. Automechanika will be supplementing these by providing all exhibitors with new opportunities to network digitally with the international B2B audience who cannot travel to Frankfurt due to the pandemic. When it comes to return on investment, the company has taken care of RIK customers by offering an ‘Atulya Vishwas’ scheme The RIK CNG and LPG variant also comes with a 36-month (unlimited kilometres) super warranty. Gujarat has been a strong foothold for the company, having a network reach of 120+ touch-points.
