To strengthen our Customer support force for the South East Asia market, we are looking for an experienced Your Challenges / Your Environment: • Helpdesk support to existing customers via phone, email, internet / VPN • Performing system analyses on the basis of structured protocol troubleshooting • Liasing with the German headquarters through structured call management • Liasing with the MPDV Shanghai / China subsidiary for remote support • Following up and delivering of provided technical solutions to issues • Must be willing to work in an early-/late-shift rotation environment, also on weekends, against remuneration premium and attractive compensation models, to support our global “Follow the Sun” support helpdesk concept for international customers Your Personality: • High sense of loyalty, with the appreciation for a long-term relationship • Self-starter with high level of self-confidence, sense of urgency and self-motivation • Able to work highly independent, with high organizational talent Your Qualifications: • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree or equivalent certificates in IT, Manufacturing / SCM / Logistics, Industrial Automation • 2 years working experience in related field of MES / Manufacturing IT / Industrial Automation / Production Management / Consulting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English language; Chinese Language is an added advantage for liaising with Chi- nese speaking customers and partners • Experience in common operating systems and databases (SQL queries, SQL scripting skill is an added advantage) • Good command of Microsoft Office applications Customer Support / Helpdesk Engineer (Manufacturing IT / MES) incl. rotational shift work in Singapore, at MPDV Asia Pte Ltd To Apply: If you are interested in this challenging long-term oriented task of building the MPDV Asia domestic customer support competence, in an interdisciplinary role with Customer, MPDV Project Management and MPDV SW-Development, then kindly email your application, CV incl. current salary and photograph to MPDV Asia Pte Ltd, Email: [email protected] Only complete applications in English language will be consi- dered!
