direct service (not Corporate) areaso Older staff stay longer – 81% of our staff with more than 5

years of service are aged over 45 yearso Average age in 2011 is 45, almost 70% are aged 41+, a

quarter are aged over 55o Critical areas of nursing and care worko Injury claims by older people proportionate to their

representation in our workforce
